β€œ.26 [percent] means, that’s about β‚±50-billion. So if we don’t join, we will lose that. Siguro if we join and therefore defray that cost of β‚±50-billion, dapat yung β‚±50-billion ay ating willingness, to give to our MSMEs as a way to protect them from whatever ill-effects they would have, at least in the short-run when markets are opened up,” saad ni Quimbo.
