Pinapadagdagan ni Quezon City Representative Marvin Rillo ang pondo para sa in-service trainings ng mga guro upang mahasa sa pagtuturo ng English, Math, at Science.

Ayon kay Rillo, kada taon nasa β‚±746-million lang ang inilalaang pondo ng pamahalaan para sa training ng mga public school teachers at itinutulak niyang maitaas ito sa β‚±1.5-billion simula 2024.

Punto ng mambabatas, kailangan ng mga guro ng dagdag na suporta para sa kanilang continuing professional development upang mas maging epektibo sa pagtuturo.
