Para naman kay AKO Bicol Party-list Representative Elizaldy Co, bagamat sa magkakaibang lugar naganap ang pananambang, hindi malayo na may malalim na rason kung bakit sunod-sunod ang naturang insidente.
Dahil dito, iminungkahi ni Co sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) na bumuo ng isang task-force upang i-consolidate ang lahat ng imbestigasyon sa serye ng ambush.
Hinikayat din nito ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at Anti-Money Laundering Council na sundan ang money trail upang matukoy kung sino ang mga tao sa likod ng krimen.
