Pinangunahan ng Quezon City Veterinary Department kasama ang Animal Kingdom Foundation ang pagsasagawa ng Pet Education Program, sa mahigit 200 Grade 7 na mag-aaral ng Philippine Science High School sa Quezon City.

Layunin nitong higit na maintindihan ng mga kabataan ang pag-iwas ng mga alagang aso o pusa laban sa rabies at Responsible Pet Ownership. Kasabay nito ang anti-rabies drive at pagkapon sa mga β€œCats of Pisay”.

Nagbigay aliw naman at suporta sa nasabing programa ang Emotional Support Dogs na galing sa Quezon City Animal Care and Adoption Center, at isa sa mga ito ay pormal nang na-iturn over sa Centris Command Post ng Quezon City Task Force Disiplina, upang maging isang Community Service Dog na sumailalim sa Dog Rehabilitation at Basic Obedience Training Program na siyang dagdag seguridad sa mga taga QC. | ulat ni Michael Rogas
