Lumagda ang MARINA Regional Office VII (MRO7) at Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources VII (BFAR7) ng memorandum of agreement o MOA para sa paggamit ng MARINA Dumaguete Extension Office sa loob ng BFAR Building sa Canday-ong, Dumaguete City.

Layon ng nasabing MOA na pahusayin ang kooperasyon sa pagitan ng dalawang rehiyonal na tanggapan kaugnay sa mga proseso at dokumentasyon ng pagsunod sa mga sasakyang pangisda.

Nais din ng naturang MOA na ilapit ang mga serbisyo ng gobyerno sa mga stakeholder ng Negros Oriental.
