QC LGU, nakahanda na sa pagbubukas ng klase sa Martes

Nakahanda na ang lokal na pamahalaan ng lungsod Quezon sa pagbubukas ng klase sa Agosto 29.

Ayon kay Mayor Joy Belmonte, mahigit sa 458,000 mag-aaral ang inaasahang papasok sa eskwela ngayong school year 2023-2024.

Bukod dito, pinag-aaralan na rin ng lokal na pamahalaan na palawakin pa ang QC Voucher system.

Sa ngayon, ang mga senior high school lamang ang mayroong voucher kung saan maaring makapag-aral sa pribadong eskwelahan.

Plano ng alkalde na mabigyan na rin ng voucher ang mga mag aaral sa elementarya.

Balak na rin ni Belmonte na upahan ang mga hindi ginagamit na gusali sa pribadong eskwelahan para gawing annex ng mga pampublikong eskwelahan.

Samantala, magbibigay pa ng mga kagamitan ang lokal na pamahalaan sa mga guro, gayundin sa mga paaralan sa elementarya, high school at kindergarten.| ulat ni Rey Ferrer
