Lumagda sa kasunduan ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) upang paigtingin ang kakayahan ng mga komunidad sa epekto ng climate change.

Ito ay sa ilalim ng Project LAWA (Local Adaptation to Water Access) at BINHI (Breaking Insufficiency through Nutritious Harvest for the Impoverished).
