Higit 1,000 magsasaka sa Zamboanga Peninsula, sumailalim sa Financial Literacy Training ng DA-SAAD Program

Sumailalim ang higit sa 1,000 mga magsasaka sa Zamboanga Peninsula sa mga serye ng Financial Management Training na isinagawa ng Department of Agriculture-Special Area for Agricultural Development (DA-SAAD) Program Phase 2 sa naturang rehiyon, kamakailan.

Nasa kabuuang 1,023 mga magsasaka mula sa 39 na farmers’ association (FA) ang nakilahok sa nasabing pagsasanay na naglalayong pagtibayin ang financial literacy ng mga ito.

Pinangasiwaan ng Marketing Assistance and Enterprise Development (MAED) Sub-unit ng SAAD Zamboanga Peninsula ang mga isinagawang training session para sa mga partisipante ng aktibidad.

Nakiisa rin ang mga area coordinator ng 20 munisipalidad na sakop ng SAAD sa naturang rehiyon, sa paghahatid ng mga praktikal na kaalaman at kasanayan para sa epektibong paghawak ng mga magsasaka sa kanilang mga pananalapi.

Isinagawa ang nasabing pagsasanay upang matulungan ang mga magsasaka na masagot ang kani-kanilang mga hinaing at mga pangangailangan patungkol sa paghawak ng pera at pagkakaroon ng access sa mga serbisyong pinansyal. | ulat ni Justin Bulanon, Radyo Pilipinas Zamboanga
