LTO, naglabas ng show cause order vs. operators ng jeep na sangkot sa road rage sa Caloocan City

Naglabas ang Land Transportation Office (LTO) ng show cause order laban sa mga may-ari ng dalawang jeep na sangkot sa viral na road rage incident sa Caloocan City.

Ayon kay LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, inatasan din ang mga may-ari ng jeep na tukuyin ang mga driver para sa hiwalay na imbestigasyon kung dapat bang masuspinde o bawiin ang kanilang lisensya.

Ang naturang insidente ay nangyari sa Barangay Bagong Silang na kinasasangkutan ng dalawang jeep.

Sa viral video, makikita ang isang jeep na sinasadyang banggain ang likod ng isa pang jeep na naging dahilan para bumaba ang mga pasahero.

Makikita rin sa video na parehong humarang ang mga jeep sa daan, na nagdulot ng obstruction sa trapiko.

Ipinatawag naman ng LTO ang mga may-ari ng mga jeep sa LTO Central Office sa Quezon City sa October 1, upang magpaliwanag kung bakit hindi sila dapat parusahan. | ulat ni Diane Lear
