“This is our first visit here, and we are very happy with the setup. We have no comments, no complaints, but we are happy that the Senate is joining us. We are one in this forthcoming event,” ani Velasco.
“To see the facilities where the House prosecutors and the (Impeachment) Secretariat that will back staff (support) the prosecution panel. So, our first visit will be this area, this is where the trial will be held, as you can see naka-setup na and we are very happy to see that set-up here,” dagdag pa niya.
“As I’ve said, we just want to see kung ano yung offer, and then we will discuss this with the prosecution panel and then the secretariat support group will have a meeting. So kung satisfied na, then okay na. But if they have or if they want additional facilities or rooms, we will communicate with the [Senate] Secretary at the soonest possible time,” sabi pa ni Velasco. | ulat ni Kathleen Forbes
