ICC accredited lawyer naniniwalang moot and academic ang apelang para sa pagpapabalik sa PH ni PRRD

Naniniwala si ICC accredited lawyer Atty Joel Butuyan na walang saysay ang ano mang apelang nakahain sa kasalukuyan sa korte suprema para sa pagsisikap na maibalik sa bansa si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Ayon kay Butuyan, nasa International Criminal Court ngayon ang bola gayung nasa jurisdiction na ng ICC ang kaso ng dating presidente at nasa ilalim na din ito ng kanilang kustodiya.

Nasa ICC na ngayon ayon kay Butuyan at kung madi-dismiss ang kaso o di kaya ay mabigyan ang dating pangulo ng interim release para makauwi ng Pilipinas.

Ganunpaman, inihayag ng ICC accredited lawyer na napaka -slim o hindi niya nakikitang makakauwi si Duterte.

Until magkaruon ng ruling o desisyon na aniya ang nasabing korte ay duon magkaka-alaman kung makakauwi o hindi na si dating pangulong Duterte. | ulat ni Alvin Baltazar
