Hindi totoo ang ulat na hinarang ng mga barko ng China ang Philippine Coast Guard at Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources malapit sa Bajo de Masinloc ngayong Lunes, March 24, 2025.

Sinabi ni Commadore Jay Tarriela, ang tagapagsalita ng PCG sa West Philippine Sea, na posibleng inakala ni dating US Air Force official at former defense attache na si Ray Powell na nagkaroon ng interception at blocking base na rin sa kanyang post sa X (Twitter).

Paglilinaw ni Tarriela, kaya sila huminto malapit sa Bajo de Masinloc ay para bigyan ng fuel subsidy at food item ang 26 na filipino fishing vessels.

Samantala, namonitor ng PCG malapit sa Bajo de Masinloc ang apat na Chinese Maritime Militia vessels, 5 barko ng China Coast Guard, at isang barko ng People’s Liberation Army Navy at helicopter ng Air Force ng PLA. | ulat ni Don King Zarate
