42 Chinese illegal workers, nahuli ng BI sa probinsya ng Quezon

Naaresto ng Bureau of Immigration ang 42 Chinese nationals sa isang biglaang operasyon sa Alabat Cove, Barangay Villa Norte, Quezon.

Ayon sa BI, ang mga banyaga ay walang maipakitang pasaporte at dokumento, at inaming nagtatrabaho umano sa isang construction project sa lugar nang walang kaukulang permit.

Nangyari ang operasyon dakong 5:44 AM, noong Abril 9 sa pangunguna ng BI, katuwang ang PAOCC at Philippine National Police.

Ayon kay BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado, sasampahan ng deportation proceedings ang mga dayuhan dahil sa paglabag sa immigration laws ng bansa.

Dahil dito ay binalaan ng BI sa mga banyaga at lokal na kompanya laban sa ilegal na pagtatrabaho at paglabag sa batas.
