DHSUD-11, nagpaalala sa Publiko vs. iligal na nagbebenta ng raw lots sa Davao Region

Nagpaalala ngayon ang Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development Region 11 (DHSUD -11) sa publiko na huwag bumili ng raw lots na ibinibenta ng mga hindi lisensyadong mga indibidwal o grupo.

Sa isinagawang Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas, sinabi ni DHSUD-11 Regional Director Atty. Roberto Mauro Miguel Palma Gil na karamihan sa mga nagbebenta ng raw lots ay scam at hindi lehitimo.

Ayon kay Palma Gil na marami na silang natanggap na reklamo dito at sinampahan na rin ng kaso sa korte.

Nagpapatulong na rin umano sila sa mga law enforcement agencies gaya ng National Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group at maging sa Anti-Scam Unit ng Davao City para mahuli ang mga nasabing salarin.

Payo naman ni Palma Gil sa mga nagbabalak na bumili na hingian muna ng Development Permit at license to sell mula sa kanilang tanggapan ang sinumang nagbebenta para masiguro na lehitimo ito at hindi masayang ang pera. | ulat ni Armando Fenequito | RP1 Davao
