Namatay sa pakikipaglaban sa mga pulis ang isa sa mga suspek sa pamamaril noong Biyernes sa convoy ni Lanao Del Sur Governor Mamintal Adiong.

Sa ulat ni Police Regional Office Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PRO-BAR) Regional Director Police Brigadier General John Guyguyon kay PNP Chief Police Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. kinilala ang suspek sa alyas na β€œOtin”.

Anak umano ito ng isang alyas β€œFighter”, na isa sa limang suspek na nananatiling at-large.

Narekober sa suspek ang suspect isang Colt MK IV caliber 45 pistol na may anim na bala.

Binati ni Gen. Azurin ang mga tauhan ng Maguing Municipal Police Station, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company ng Lanao Del Sur Police Provincial Office, at Provincial Intelligence Unit sa matagumpay na pursuit operation.

Nanawagan naman si Gen. Azurin sa sinumang makapagbibigay ng impormasyon sa ikadarakip ng iba pang suspek, na makipagtulungan sa PNP.  | ulat ni Leo Sarne
