Tiniyak ng Department of Education o DepEd ang alokasyon ng mga gusaling paaralan sa iba’t ibang munisipalidad at lungsod sa bansa.

Ito ang inihayag ni Vice President at Education Sec. Sara Duterte sa kaniyang pagdalo sa General Assembly ng League of Municipalities of the Philippines sa Manila Hotel ngayong araw.

Ayon kay VP Sara, hindi na lamang ang mga nasa 4th at 5th class municipalities ang makatatanggap ng mga school building mula sa DepEd kundi maging ang mga nasa 1st hanggang 3rd class municipalities gayundin ang mga lungsod.

Pagbibigay-diin pa ng Pangalawang Pangulo, may karagdagang pondo aniya ang inilaan ng Kongreso para rito subalit aminado siyang hindi pa rin ito sasapat para sa buong bansa. Kaya naman sinabi ni VP Sara na magpapatupad sila ng system-based approach sa pagtukoy at pagpili ng mga lugar sa bansa na pagtatayuan ng mga school building.
