Maliban sa gunmen, dapat tiyakin din ng mga awtoridad na mahuli ang mastermind sa pamamasalang kay Negros Oriental Gov. Roel Degamo.

Ito ang panawagan ni Bohol 3rd District Rep. Kristine Alexie Tutor kasabay ng pagkondena sa sinapit ng gobernador at kasamahan sa Nacionalista Party.

Hiling din nito sa Philippine National Police (PNP), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), at Department of Justice (DOJ) na tiyaking matibay ang kaso laban sa mga salarin at sundan ang money trail upang matukoy ang tao sa likod ng pananambang.

“For the sake of my fellow Visayans in Negros Oriental, I ask the PNP, NBI, and DOJ to assign their best investigators to this case. Those investigators must build the strongest case possible based on the physical evidence at the crime scene, eyewitness accounts, guns and vehicles used, and the money that funded the assassination.” saad ni Tutor.

Nakikiisa naman si Tutor sa pagluluksa ng mga Negrense sa pagpanaw ng gobernador.
