Nagpaalam na sa serbisyo si Armed Forces of the Philippines Deputy Chief of Staff (TDCS AFP) Vice Admiral Rommel Anthony SD Reyes, PN matapos ang 38 taong paglilingkod sa militar.

Sa retirement ceremony kahapon sa Camp Aguinaldo, pinarangalan ng testimonial Parade and Review si VAdm. Reyes, na naglingkod bilang ika-79 TDCS.

Ang seremonya ay pinangasiwaan ni AFP Vice Chief of Staff, Lt.Gen. Arthur M. Cordura PAF, na kumatawan kay AFP Chief of Staff General Andres Centino.

Sa kaniyang mensahe, nagpasalamat si Lt. Gen. Cordura kay VAdm. Reyes sa kaniyang serbisyo at sinabing isang malaking karangalan para sa militar na pamunuan ng isang lider na may prinsipyo at paninindigan tulad ni VAdm. Reyes.

Si VAdm. Reyes ay pinalitan sa pwesto ng kaniyang mista sa Philippine Military Academy (PMA) “Makatao” Class of 1989, AFP Inspector General Lt.Gen. William N. Gonzales PA, na magsisilbing TDCS sa acting capacity. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
