“It’s up to the panel to decide on this and any other requests Congressman Teves may make since it has already acquired jurisdiction on the matter. The Speaker stressed that Congressman Arnie’s case is now at the House Committee on Ethics and reiterated his position for the lawmaker to return to the country,” saad ni Velasco.

“The Committee on Ethics has already acquired jurisdiction on Congressman Arnie’s case. I will act accordingly after the Committee wraps up its investigation and submits its recommendation to the House leadership,” ani Speaker Romualdez.
