Libo-libong food packs, naibahagi ng pamahalaan sa mga biktima ng oil spill

Pumalo sa 3,000 food packs ang ipinamahagi ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) at PCG Auxiliary (PCGA) ng Southern Tagalog para sa mga apektadong residente ng Oriental Mindoro oil spill.

Base sa inilabas na pahayag ng PCG, ang naturang food packs ay tinanggap ni Provincial Government Administrator Hubbert Christopher Dolor mula kay Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Commander, CG Commodore Inocencio Rosario Jr. at Auxiliary Director, Commodore Mark Llandro Mendoza.

Nakibahagi rin dito si Incident Management Team-Oriental Mindoro Commander, CG Commodore Geronimo Tuvilla.

Ayon sa PCG, ang ang bawat food pack ay naglalaman ng bigas, canned goods, at purified drinking water.

Nagsagawa rin ng Oriental Mindoro oil spill briefing para sa PCGA na katuwang ng PCG para maitaguyod ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng mga apektadong pamilya. | ulat ni Lorenz Tanjoco
