Development agenda ng Marcos Jr. Administration, muling nakakuha ng suporta sa World Bank

Muling binigyang diin ni World Bank Managing Director for Operations Anna Bjerde ang kanilang suporta sa pag-abot ng Marcos Jr. Administration ng isang masiglang bansa at poverty-free society sa taong 2040.

Kabilang na dito ang development agenda para sa climate change, renewable energy transition, food at agriculture, water at sanitation, maging ang programa para sa innovation, at digitalization.

Ayon kay PCO Secretary Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil, sa pagbisita ng opisyal sa Palasyo, kinilala nito ang progreso ng bansa sa implementasyon ng on-going projects.

Nagpahayag rin ito ng suporta maging sa economic agenda ng pamahalaan.

Binanggit rin aniya ng opisyal ang oportunidad para sa Pilipinas, na palakasin pa ang investment at long-term growth nito lalo’t masigla at skilled ang labor force ng bansa, at maganda rin ang macroeconomic policies nito.

Partikular na tinalakay sa pulong ang mga programa tulad ng Teacher Effectiveness and Competencies Enhancement Project (TEACEP).
