Maharlika Investment Fund bill, sinertipikahan muling urgent ng Malacañang

Natanggap na ng Senado ang urgent bill certification mula sa Malacañang para sa Maharlika Investment Fund (MIF) Bill (Senate Bill 2020).

Base sa dokumento, ipinadala ang certification nitong Lunes, May 22, at natanggap naman ito ng Office of the Senate President kahapon, May 23.

Matatandaang nakatanggap na ang Kamara ng urgent bill certification mula sa palasyo para sa MIF bill noong December 2022, pero nang mga panahoong iyon ay wala pang counterpart bill nito sa Senado.

Una nang sinabi ni Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri, na target nilang maipasa ang Maharlika Investment Fund bill sa susunod na linggo o bago ang session break ng Kongreso. | ulat ni Nimfa Asuncion
