Pinarangalan ni PNP Chief Police General Benjamin Acorda Jr. ang pulis na nasawi at dalawang sugatan sa buy-bust operation nitong Martes sa Orion, Bataan.

Sa kanyang pagbisita sa lamay para kay PCpl. Darnel Alfonso, iginawad ng PNP Chief “posthumously” ang Medalya ng Kadakilaan sa pulis na nasawi sa pagganap ng kanyang tungkulin.

Personal ding nakiramay ang PNP Chief sa mga naulila ni Cpl. Alfonso, at nag-abot ng tulong sa pamilya mula sa PNP.

Binisita din ng PNP Chief sa ospital ang dalawang kasama ni Cpl. Alfonso na sugatan sa insidente na sina PMajor Dennis Duran at PSSG Glen Salac.

Iginawad naman ng PNP Chief sa dalawang pulis ang Medalya ng Sugatang Magiting. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
