Nagpaabot na rin ng pagbati si dating Health Secretary at ngayon ay Iloilo 1st District Representative Janette Garin sa bagong talagang Health Secretary Ted Herbosa.
Ayon kay Garin, kailangan ngayon ng kagawaran ng “manager” na pangungunahan ang mabilis na pagpapaabot ng serbisyo sa mga Pilipino.
Malaki rin aniya ang papel ni Herbosa sa pagpigil at pagtatama sa mga kumakalat na medical fake news.
Umaasa naman si Garin na magiging matagumpay si Herbosa sa bago nitong papel bilang kalihim ng Department of Health (DOH).
“My congratulations to Ted for being appointed as SOH… What the DOH needs now is a manager that can steward the fast delivery of services to our people.
