Nararapat lamang bigyang ng ‘excellent’ rating si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. dahil sa dami ng naging accomplishment niya sa unang taon sa puwesto.
Ayon kay Cebu 5th District Representative at Deputy Speaker Duke Frasco, maraming hamon na napagtagumpayan si Pangulong Marcos Jr. sa kaniyang pag-upo bilang pangulo ng bansa.
Una na rito ang transition ng bagong administrasyon matapos ang dalawang taon ng pandemya.
“I believe that his Excellency, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. has done an outstanding job during his first year in the office. Having transitioned into a new administration after more than two years of surviving a global pandemic, the responsibilities bestowed upon the President were greater and far more difficult. Bilang tugon, ay agad aniyang ikinasa ng chief executive ang kaniyang 10-point agenda para sa ekonomiya, pangmatagalang pag-unlad at kasaganaan para sa lahat.
“A year of introducing reforms and initiatives and laying out plans and policies that cut across all sectors, evidently, PBBM is on track with his Administration’s priorities: national reopening, public-private partnership, infrastructure development, fiscal discipline, transparent and efficient governance, digitalization, energy security, education, healthcare, and food for all.” dagdag ng Cebu Solon.
Malaking tulong din aniya na pumili ng mga maaasahan at bihasang mga miyembro ng gabinete si PBBM upang epektibong maipatupad ang mga polisiya at programa para muling ibangon ang ekonomiya ng bansa.
Kasama na rito ang 8 point socio-economic agenda, Medium-Term Fiscal Framework, pinaraming Private-Public Partnership Project sa ilalim ng ‘build better more”, digitalization, at pagpapabuti sa sektor ng edukasyon, enerhiya, kalusugan at social services.
Umaasa naman si Frasco na sa mga susunod pang taon ng Marcos Jr. administration ay magpapatuloy ang multisectoral development upang tunay na maramdaman ng lahat ang pagbabago at pag-unlad.
