Suportado ni Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco ang local government ng San Juan sa hangarin na ma-preserve at maingatan ang heritage sites ng lungsod.

Inanunsyo ni Frasco na makakasama na ang San Juan City sa Hop-On Hop-Off tour upang itampok ang historical sites and art galleries ng syudad bilang tourist attractions sa Metro.

Ang Hop-On Hop-Off tour program ay naglalayong bigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga grupo ng turista at fully independent individual travelers (FITs)– para sa mas convenient at flexible na tour.

Ang pagkakasama ng San Juan sa programa ay inaasahan na magpapalago ng cultural, arts, and historical portfolio ng bansa dahil sa makasaysayang 140-year-old historic underground tunnel o El Deposito Tunnel na nasa Pinaglabanan Memorial Shrine. | ulat ni Melany Valdoz Reyes
