Eroplano ng VietJet Air, nag-emergency landing sa Laoag International Airport

Nag-emergency landing ang VietJet Air flight VJC975 na biyaheng Phu Quoc, Vietnam mula Incheon, South Korea kaninang 5:11 ng umaga sa Laoag International Airport dahil sa technical problem.

Aabot sa 207 pasahero at pitong crew ang lulan ng nasabing eroplano.

Ayon sa Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, hindi nagdeklara ang piloto ng VietJet Air ng emergency ngunit inabisuhan nito ang Control Tower ng paliparan na mayroong technical problem ang eroplano.

Batay rin sa ulat na natanggap ng CAAP, wala ring nangyaring engine failure sa nasabing eroplano.

Samantala, namahagi na ng makakain at ng Malasakit Help Kit ang mga tauhan ng CAAP para sa mga naapektuhang pasahero.
