Dahil dito ayon sa Pangulo, mas mabigat na serbisyo at responsibilidad ang inaasahan ng publiko mula sa kanilang hanay.
“Our nation and the citizenry shall exact and expect from you a heavier responsibility and a more demanding kind of public service that of exemplary leadership and a clear vision for our armed forces.” — Pangulong Marcos Jr.
Madadagdagan pa aniya ito sa harap ng pabago-bagong geopolitics at global security environment.
“This is a new era for the AFP, one that now look outward while also building the gains that we have made internally. With the ever-changing dynamics of geopolitics and the global security environment, more challenges will undoubtedly lie ahead.” — Pangulong Marcos Jr.
Dahil dito, inaasahan rin ng Pangulo ang high security intelligence at analysis mula sa AFP na magsisilbi namang gabay sa pagpaplano at paggawa ng desisyon, bilang Commander in Chief.
