Maaari pa ring makapaglayag maging ang maliliit na sasakyang pandagat o mga bangkang pangisda sa anumang bahagi ng lalawigan ng Palawan sa kabila ng lumalakas na habagat na dulot ng bagyong Chedeng.

Ayon kay DOST PAGASA Palawan Chief Sonny Pajarilla, bagama’t hindi inaasahan ang pagtama ng bagyo sa anumang bahagi ng kalupaan ng bansa ay nagdudulot pa rin ang paglakas nito ng mas malakas ding habagat.

Ito rin aniya ang dahilan ng pag-ulan sa Kanlurang bahagi ng bansa kabilang na ang lalawigan ng Palawan, subalit wala pa ring inilalabas na gale warning sa kabuuan ng probinsya.

Sa panayam naman ng Radyo Pilipinas Palawan kay Puerto Princesa CDRRMO Chief Earl Timbancaya, naka-white alert ngayon ang Emergency Operations Center (EOC) ng siyudad at nakaantabay sa mga pangunahing lugar sa lungsod na maaaring makaranas ng pagbaha. | ulat Gillian Faye Ibañez | RP1 Palawan
