Welcome sa Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ang muling pagbagal ng inflation rate sa bansa, na naitala sa 6.1% para sa buwan ng Mayo mula sa 6.6% noong Abril.
Ayon kay DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, positive development ito at asahan na ang patuloy na pagbagal pa ng inflation rates sa bansa.
Nangangahulugan rin aniya ito na ang economic strategies ng Marcos Administration ay on track, at ang whole of government approach ng pamahalaan ay gumagana.
“This goes to show that the economic strategies of the administration of President Bongbong Marcos is on the right track. Our whole-of-government approach is working,” — Sec Pangandaman.
Pagtityak ng kalihim, ang pamahalaaan ay mananatiling matatag sa pagpapatupad ng mga istratehiya upang manatili sa loob ng target rate ang inflation sa bansa.
“This is a positive development. The economic team expects that the decline in our country’s inflation rate shall continue to decline.
