Pagtanggal ng stencil procedure sa registration renewals ng mga sasakyan, welcome sa mga operator

Malugod na tinatanggap ng Vehicle Inspection Center Operators Association of the Philippines (VICOAP) ang pagtanggal ng stencil procedure para sa registration renewals ng sasakyan.

Reaksyon ito ng asosayon sa inilabas na Memorandum Circular No. JMT – 2023-2399 ng Land Transportation Office kamakailan.

Nakasaad sa memo circular ang kautusan na agarang pag-alis ng anila’y matagal nang masalimuot na pamamaraan ng stencil sa proseso ng pag-renew ng pagpaparehistro ng sasakyan.

Ang pangunahing layunin ng stenciling ay upang i-verify ang pagkakakilanlan ng sasakyan.

Ang pag-aalis anila ng stencil requirement ay hindi nangangahulugan na hindi na kailangan ang verification ng sasakyan.

Ibig sabihin lamang nito na ang aktwal na pamamaraan ng stencil shading ay hindi na kinakailangan.
