Sa pamamagitan ng viva voce voting ay pasado na sa ikalawang pagbasa sa Kamara ang House Bill 8327 o restructuring sa hanay ng Philippine National Police (PNP).
Sa ilalim nito ay bubuo ng bagong mga tanggapan sa pambansang pulisya.
Aamyendahan nito ang Republic Act 6975 o DILG Act, upang mas matugunan ng PNP ang mandato nito at ang hamon na maipatupad ng maayos ang batas.
Kabilang dito ang paglikha ng Area Police Commands (APC) sa mga clustered Police Regional Offices, District Offices at City Police Offices.
Magbubukas din ng bagong mga posisyon gaya ng Directorate for Personnel and Records Management, for Intelligence, for Operations, for Logistics, for Plans, Comptrollership, for Police Community Relations, for Investigation, for Training, Education, and Doctrine Development, for Research and Development at for Information and Communications Technology Management.
