Binisita ni Vice President at Education Secretary Sara Z. Duterte ang SEAMEO Regional Centre on Vocational and Technical Education sa Brunei Darussalam.

Bahagi ito ng kanyang mandato bilang pangulo ng Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization.

Ayon sa SEAMEO Secretariat, ibinida ni Centre Director Mr Alias bin Haji Abu Bakar ang mga programa at accomplishments ng SEAMEO VOCTECH pati na ang paglulunsad ng bagong website.

Sinaksihan din ni VP Sara ang paglagda sa dalawang partnerships sa pagitan ng Universiti Brunei Darussalam at Philippine Normal University na magpapalakas sa mga hakbang sa technical and vocational education and training.
