Pinapurihan ni DILG Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr. ang Provincial Government ng Albay para sa pagpapakita ng kahandaan hinggil sa pag-aalboroto ng Bulkang Mayon.

Ayon kay interior secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr., nabilib siya sa kahandaang ipinakita ng Albay Provincial Government na magmula sa provincial government hangang sa municpal at city mayor ay handa ang mga ito sa anumang possible contigencies na umakyat sa alert level 4.
