Zero backlog sa agrarian reform cases, kayang maisakatuparan sa loob ng 6 na buwan

Positibo ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) na kayang maabot ang zero backlog o magawang maresolba ang lahat ng pending agrarian cases sa loob ng anim na buwan.

Ito ayon kay DAR Undersecretary Nepoleon Galit ay sa oras na makumpleto na nila ang karagdagang 65 abugado na tututok sa mga kaso ng agawan ng lupa sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa.

Sa briefing ng Laging Handa, sinabi ng opisyal na nasa 3,600 ang pending unresolve cases ang kanilang naabutan sa tanggapan.

Sa loob aniya ng isang taon, halos isang libong kaso na rin ang kanilang naresolba.

At base sa kanilang assessment, kung ikukumpara sa nagdaang administrasyon pumapalo sa 250% ang kanilang resolution ng mga kaso.
