Ipinag-utos ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang adoption ng bagong brand of governance at leadership campaign ng pamahalaan, na magsusulong pa ng malalim at mahalagang transpormasyon sa lahat ng sektor ng lipunan at sa pamahalaan.

Sa pamamagitan nito, ayon kay Communications Secretary Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil susulong pa ang commitment ng pamahalaan tungo sa pag-abot ng komprehensibong policy reforms at ganap na recovery ng ekonomiya.

Sa ilalim ng tatlong pahinang memorandum na inilabas ng Malacañang, ang lahat ng national government agencies, GOCCs, state universities at colleges, ay inatasang i-adopt ang Bagong Pilipinas campaign sa kanilang mga programa, mga aktibidad, at mga proyekto.

Ang kampaniyang ito ang magsisilbing tema ng Marcos Administration, na kilala sa pagiging accountable, principled, at maaasahang pamahalaan, kung saan ang mga institusyon ng lipunan ay nagkakaisa sa pag-abot ng lahat ng mithiin at layunin para sa bawat Pilipino.

Sa ilalim ng MC inaprubahan rin ang gagamiting logo ng Bagong Pilipinas.

Ipinagagamit rin ang logo ng Bagong Pilipinas sa letterheads, websites, official social media accounts, at iba pang documents na makatuon sa flagship program ng pamahalaan.
