Foreign specialists, maaari ring magsilbi sa OFW Hospital

Hinimok ng isang mambabatas na maliban sa Pinoy medical specialists ay hikayatin din ang mga foreign specialists na magbigay serbisyo sa OFW Hospital.

Ayon kay Camarines Sur Rep. LRay Villafuerte, salig sa pinagtibay na House Bill 8325 ng Kamara, inaatasan ang DOH na kumuha ng medical specialists gaya ng cardiologists, pulmonologists, at nephrologists na siyang magseserbisyo sa mga OFW at kanilang pamilya sa OFW hospital sa Pampanga.

Ngunit pinahihintulutan din sa panukala na imbitahan ang maging ang foreign experts para sa specialities na hindi pa available dito sa bansa.

Maliban dito maaari din silang magpadala ng kanilang mga tauhan sa mga research at medical institutes para sumailalim sa training. | ulat ni Kathleen Jean Forbes
