Mga masustansyang pagkain, gawing accessible para sa pamilyang Pilipino: solon

Nababahala si ANAKALUSUGAN party-list Rep. Ray Reyes sa datos ng National Nutrition Council kung saan 35% ng mga Pilipino o apat sa sampu, ang hindi nakakakain ng masustansyang pagkain.

Kaya’t bilang pakikiisa sa National Nutrition Month, muling inihirit ni Reyes ang agarang pagpapatibay sa House Bill 2189 o Zero Hunger Bill.

Dahil aniya sa nananatiling problema ng bansa malnutrisyon ay kailangan tiyakin ang food security at access ng mga Pilipino sa masustansyang pagkain.

Sa ilalim ng panukala, itatayo ang Commission on the Right to Adequate Food, na mangunguna sa paglalatag at pagpapatupad ng polisiya  kaugnay ng pagtugon sa kawalan ng makain at iba pang katulad na isyu.

Layon din nito na tuluyang mabura ang kagutuman pagsapit ng 2030.
