Naghain ng dalawang linggong wellness break si Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Susan Ople matapos na pumanaw ang dalawa nitong nakatatandang kapatid na lalaki dahil sa lung cancer.

Nagpasalamat naman si Ople kay sa pag-apruba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa kaniyang hiling at sa pagpapaabot nito pakikiramay.

Ayon sa kalihim, kailangan niya ng sapat na panahon upang makapagluksa kasama ang kaniyang pamilya.

Humiling naman ng panalangin si Ople para sa kaniyang namayapang dalawang kapatid na sina dating Hagonoy, Bulacan Mayor Felix “Toti” Ople at dating journalist na si Blas Ople, Jr.

Matatandaang pumanaw ang kapatid ng kalihim na si Felix Ople noong July 13, kalaunay pumanaw rin ang isa pang kapatid na si Blas Ople Jr. matapos ang limang araw dahil sa parehong sakit.| ulat ni Diane Lear
