Pabor si BHW Party-list Representative Angelica Natasha Co na ilipat sa pamamahala ng Office of the President ang Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth).
Naniniwala ang mambabatas, na sa pamamgitan nito ay maisasaayos ang accountability, serbisyo at performance ng ahensya.
Kabilang aniya sa mga dapat mapabilis ay ang pagproseso ng claims at reimbursements ng mga ospital at clinic.
Maliban dito, inaabangan din ng kinatawan na may mapanagot sa mga nabunyag na isyu ng korapsyon at hindi tamang paggugol sa pondo, at ang pang matagalang solusyon ng PhilHealth upang hindi na ito maulit.
