2024 National Expenditure Program, isusumite na ng DBM sa Kamara bukas

Isusumite na ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) sa Kamara ang P5.768 trillion 2024 National Expenditure Program sa Miyerkules, August 2.

Pangungunahan ni DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman ang pagsusumite ng panukalang pambansang pondo kay House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

Bibigyang pagkakataon din ang DBM na ibahagi ang ilan sa mahahalagang nilalaman ng 2024 NEP.

Una nang tiniyak ni Speaker Romualdez, na bago ang break ng Kamara sa katapusan ng Setyembre ay ipapasa na nila ang budget.

Sa pagtaya ng House leader posibleng abutin ng limang linggo ang budget deliberations bago tuluyang pagtibayin sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa.

Una na rin naman kasi aniya silang nagsagawa ng pre-budget consultations bago matapos ang 1st regular session ng 19th congress
