Aabot sa P30 million halaga ng assorted imported meat products ang sinamsam ng Department of Agriculture – Inspectorate and Enforcement team sa Caloocan City.
Ayon sa DA, nakapaloob sa limang 40-footer container vans ang imported meat products at nadiskubre sa residential building sa Blk 1, Lot 3, Tuna St, C-3 Kaunlaran Village, ng nasabing lungsod.
Karamihan sa mga produkto na aabot sa 70 tonelada ay expired na base sa mga label nito.
Kaugnay nito, binigyan ng 15 araw ang mga may-ari na magpaliwanag at magpakita ng importation documents tungkol sa inangkat na meat products.
