Pag-aasikaso sa kompensasyon ng Marawi Siege victims, pabibilisin

Magkatuwang na ang Marawi Compensation Board (MCB) at ang Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) para mapabilis ang paghahatid ng kompensasyon sa mga biktima ng Marawi Siege noong 2017.

Kasunod ito ng paglagda ni DHSUD Assistant Secretary Melissa Aradanas na kumakatawan sa Task Force Bangon Marawi (TFBM) sa isang Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) kay Marawi Compensation Board (MCB) Chairperson Maisara Damdamun-Latiph para sa Kathanor (IDPs) Profiles na gagamiting batayan ng MCB sa pagdetermina nito ng mga benepisyaryo sa monetary compensation.

Huhugutin ito sa database ng Kathanor Program na isang profiling initiative ng Task Force Bangon Marawi (TFBM) kung saan makikita ang numero, lokasyon, at iba pang personal na impormasyon sa mga internally displaced persons (IDPs).

Ayon sa DHSUD, sa pamamagitan nito, inaasahang mapapabilis na ang paghahatid ng tulong para sa Marawi siege victims.

Sa kasalukuyan ay regular na ang ginagawang pagsusuri ng MCB sa claimant ng monetary compensation. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
