Isinusulong ni Ako Bicol Partlist Representative Elizaldy Co ang pagtatatag ng mga Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) training centers sa Manito at Rapu-rapu sa Bicol.

Sa inihaing House Bill 8611 at 8612, magtatatag ng TESDA training centers na mag-aalok ng specialized programs na in-demand sa merkado.

Layon nitong makapag-produce ng skilled workforce para humarap sa pangangailangan ng mga industrisya.

Ang pagkakaroon ng training center ay upang gawing investment hub ang probinsya ng Albay.

Naniniwala ang mambabatas na sa pamamagitan ng TESDA training centers ay magbubunga ng mas pinahusay na job opportunities at economic growth sa rehiyon at hindi aasa na lang sa ayuda na pinagkakaloob ng gobyerno. | ulat ni Melany Valdoz Reyes
