QCRTC, naglabas ng TRO para pigilan ang pag-imprenta sa plastic license cards

Naglabas ng Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) ang Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QCRTC) laban sa Department of Transportation (DOTr) sa pagpapa-iimprenta nito ng mga plastic driver’s license card sa kinontratang Banner Plasticard, Inc.

Ito’y makaraang maghain ng reklamo at humiling ng TRO sa QCRTC ang Allcard, Incorporated laban sa Banner Plasticard, Inc., na kinontrata ng DOTr para sa imprenta ng mga driver’s license ng LTO.

Sa inilabas na desisyon ni QCRTC Branch 215, Judge Rafael Hipolito, kinatigan nito ang petisyon ng Allcard Inc. dahil sa teknikalidad sa naganap na bidding ng DOTr.

Nabatid na kahit na pinakamababa ang alok na presyo ng Allcard Inc sa bidding para sa Pre-
printed Driver’s License Card 2023 procument project ay hindi ito ikinonsidera ng DOTr at sa halip ay ipinakaloob sa Banner Plastic Card Inc. ang kontrata.| ulat ni Rey Ferrer
