Dahil 72% nga went on to new careers and new businesses. So ibig sabihin may 32% na hindi naka move on. So syempre ‘pag hindi nakaka-move on, inaalalayan.”, sabi ni Salceda

“[Dapat] the fund should also be resilient and responsive to the needs of the pensioners. Sinasabi ko nga based naman sa empirical evidence, 72% talaga ng pensioners moved on to new careers and new businesses. So yung 32%, kailangan isaalang-alang.
