Larawang kuha ng isang Pangasinese, pambato ng Pilipinas sa 2024 calendar competition ng World Meteorological Organization

Pasok sa Top 75 finalist ng World Meteorological Organization (WMO) 2024 Calendar Competition ang isang larawan na kuha ng isang Pangasinense sa Bolinao, Pangasinan.

Ang larawang kuha ni Aster Niel Abellano ay ang kaisa-isang Pilipino na nakapasok sa nasabing patimpalak.

Inilalarawan ng litrato ang mababaw na dalampasigan ng Bolinao kasama ang mga turista na naglalakad dito.

Nabatid rin na ang mga mananalong larawan ay mapapabilang sa WMO 2024 Calendar at itatampok sa mga social media platforms at website ng WMO bilang pagdiriwang sa darating na World Meteorological Day 2024, gayundin sa iba pang mga outreach materials ng organisasyon.

Kinabibilangan ng photographers, meteorologists, scientists at communication experts ang mga magiging hurado ng patimpalak.

Samantala, pipiliin ang 13 makakapasok na larawan batay sa pinagsama-samang boto sa bawat larawan sa social media, teknikal at masining na likas ng larawan at geographical balance.
