Umabot na sa 397,384 ang bilang ng mga indibidwal na naapektuhan ng bagyong Goring pati ng habagat, na pinaiigting ng isa pang bagyo.

Ayon sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), katumbas na ito ng higit 109,000 na pamilya mula sa Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, NCR, CAR, Western, at Central Visayas.

As of August 31, umakyat na rin sa 9,561 na pamilya o 35,269 na indibidwal ang pansamantalang nananatili sa evacuation centers.

Samantala, nasa 135 kabahayan ang naitala ng DSWD na labis na nasira sa kalamidad habang 6,500 ang partially damaged.
