Puspusang paghahanda ang ginagawa ngayon ng National Housing Authority (NHA) para sa gagawing People’s Caravan na gaganapin sa Villa de Adelaida Housing Project, Brgy. Halang, Naic, Cavite sa Setyembre 15, 2023.
Ayon kay NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, ang People’s Caravan ay ang makabagong pamamaraan ng NHA upang mas epektibo at direktang maihatid sa mga benepisyaryo ang iba’t ibang serbisyo ng gobyerno.
Matatandaang nauna nang nagpahayag ng pakikiisa ang Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) sa gaganaping caravan.
Ang PAO ay magbibigay ng libreng konsultasyon sa usaping batas ukol sa pabahay at iba pang usaping ligal.
Bukod dito, kasama rin sa Caravan ang munisipalidad ng Naic, Cavite kasama ang Department of Health (DOH), Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) kasama ang Public Employment Service Office (PESO), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Land Transportation Office (LTO), PAG-IBIG, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Philippine Statistics Authority’s (PSA) at iba pa. | ulat ni Rey Ferrer
