13 eBOSS-compliant LGUs, tumaas ang business tax collection sa nakalipas na dalawang taon

Nakitaan ng pagtaas sa parehong business registrations at revenue collections mula sa business permits ang mga Local Government Units na compliant sa streamlined at automated electronic Business One Stop Shop (eBOSS).

Batay ito sa ulat na isinumite ng LGUs sa Department of Interior and Local Government at Anti-Red Tape Authority mula 2021 hanggang 2022.

Noong 2021, ang kabuuang kita ng business permit mula sa mga LGU ay umabot sa humigit-

kumulang P24-billion. 

Noong 2022, ang kita ng mga ito ay umabot sa humigit-kumulang P26-bilyon, na may P2-billion na pagtaas.

Ang mga LGUs ay ang mga lungsod ng Quezon, Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Valenzuela, Marikina, Maynila, Navotas, Lapu-Lapu, Cagayan de Oro, Pasay, Batangas City, San Roque, Northern Samar at Malabon City.

Bukod dito, may 16 pang LGU ang ganap na ring compliant sa eBOSS requirement habang 611 pa ang nagsimula na ng partial implementation noong Agosto,2023. | ulat ni Rey Ferrer
